Steps To Get Tested At Above Urgent Care.

Testing Services in Montclair, CA

We now do testing 12 hours a day for 7 days a week. To get tested please follow these steps:

    1. We do accept WALK-INs but it is better to book an appointment online Book an urgent care appointment and provide insurance information. You must select “Insurance” for the method of payment. We bill all major insurances.. If you are booking an appointment please upload your insurance card unless you are paying out of pocket. Discounted Cash price WITHOUT INSURANCE is $185 for Rapid Antigen if you are a new patient and $160 if you have seen us within the last year.
    2. Please have your ID and Insurance card ready when you go in to get registered.
    3. Our phone lines are very busy. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any questions and can not get through the phone lines please come to our office to get assistance.
    4. No one with active insurance on the date of your visit will get a bill from us (no matter what insurance you have) for your Covid-19 visit/test. Please bring any bill that you may get in error to our office for adjustment. And remember to STAY SAFE. Wear a mask.
